Berry Cottage is a former coach house, lovingly converted into a modern and stylish seaside bolthole. It nestles in the heart of Little Haven, with views down to the Swan pub and the cove – the beach is a short stroll from the door.

Downstairs, an open-plan kitchen/sitting room opens through the old coach arch onto a large garden seating area, perfect for al-fresco lunches and sundowners. To the rear, through a small utility room, lies a secret walled courtyard garden complete with hot outdoor shower – perfect for breakfasts in the morning sunshine and a great place to hang wetsuits and beachwear.

Berry Cottage sleeps 4, with two double bedrooms (one can be converted into a twin room on request) and two bathrooms, one of then en-suite, both with showers. Both bedrooms look out towards The Swan Inn and the cove.
